Caviar – Kevin
My dream food is caviar. Caviar is one of the most expensive food in the world and I have not tasted it in my life. Caviars are roes from fish called sturgeons. The most common sturgeon species that produce caviar are beluga, oestra, and sevruga. These species mostly live in the Caspian Sea. I am really curious to taste it because it is so expensive and rare. Most people say it’s ok and some say it’s really good. I want to try it myself so I can have the experience and taste my own dream food.

World’s Most Expensive Hot Dog – James
This is the Juuni-Ban. It is the most expensive hot dog in the world with the price of $169. I discovered the juuni-ban through a YouTube food series by Buzzfeed Company called Worth It. Worth It is a YouTube series where the two hosts, Andrew and Steven, compare 3 different types of food on 3 drastically different price points. The juuni-ban is a 12 inch smoked cheese bratwurst topped with butter-teriyaki grilled onions, maitake mushrooms, wagyu beef, foie gras, shaved black truffles, caviar, and Japanese mayo on a brioche bun. You can get it in a food truck named Tokyo Dog in Seattle, Washington. But, Tokyo Dog has officially closed because of some family and life issues. But, if Tokyo Dog was still around, I would definitely go to Seattle and buy the juuni-ban.
